[notice] for delay of pre-order NCPC

Thank you for your order of NCPC. We have so many of pre-orders now, but we have delay for release date.

Recently before we release, we had test for webbings and fabrics to be used in actual military situation with military representatives.

During the test, we have small improvement point for weak point. To make perfect gear, we decided to modify all of NCPC that is currently on our order from customers.

This modification will make delay for another 2 weeks that is hard for customers to wait.

We have suggestion to customers as compensate solution as below :

1. Multicam S type zip-on pannel for free

2. 15% discount coupon for next order (can not be used for pre-orders)

This compensate policy is applied to the orders for NCPC.

We apologize for this delay to make gear more strong. We will apply compensate gears, coupons when we ship in January.
